Description	On April 19, 2009, auxiliary decay heat removal (ADHR) piping was moved to the Unit 2 683 elevation equipment space, creating a high radiation area which was unposted for two hours, in violation of Plant Technical Specification 5.7. This issue was documented in PPLs corrective action program as Condition Report 1136335
