In accordance with the Trojan Plant Operating License, Appendix A, USNRC Technical Specifications 6.9.1.9.c, attached'is Licensee Event Report No.

82-04 concerning a situation where Technical Specifications 3.6.2.1 and i

3.5.2a were not met when the

'B' train containment spray and centrifugal charging pump control switches were lef t in the " pull to lock" position for approximately 71 hours8.217593e-4 days <br />0.0197 hours <br />1.173942e-4 weeks <br />2.70155e-5 months <br /> following surveillance testing of the DBA sequencer. Although the pumps would not have automatically started on an ECCS actuation they were available for manual starting.

There was no effcct on plant or public safety during the period when the pumps were not ready for auto start since the redundant

'A' train equip-ment was operable at all times.
