Contrary to this on March 1, 2007, the licensee determined both the inboard and outboard drywell floordrain sump isolation valves failed their LLRT due to foreign material intrusion. This finding is of very low safety significance because the overall penetration leakage was small compared to the primary containment volume. This finding was entered in the licensees corrective action program under CR 2007102669
