CAP. The licensee completed the 8-hour report to restore compliance. The licensees failure to submit an 8-hour report as required by 10 CFR 50.72 was a performance deficiency (
PD). The
PD was dispositioned as traditional enforcement because it had the potential for impacting the NRCs ability to perform its regulatory function. The violation was determined to be a SL-IV violation using Section 6.9.d.9 of the NRCs
