Notice of Disbursement from Decommissioning Trusts for Exelon Generation Company, LLC Units This letter provides notice of the planned disbursement of funds from Braidwood Station, Byron Station, Clinton Power Station, Dresden Nuclear Power Station , James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, LaSalle County Station, Limerick Generating Station, Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, and Salem Generating Station decommissioning trust funds. The Master Terms for Trust Agreements Applicable to Second Amended and Restated Qualified Nuclear Decommissioning Master Trust Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2013, between Exelon Generation Consolidation, LLC and The Northern Trust Company, as Trustee and Second Amended and Restated Nonqualified Nuclear Decommissioning Master Trust Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2013, among Exelon Generation Consolidation, LLC (as successor to the NQF Companies identified therein) and The Northern Trust Company, as Trustee, as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated November 23, 2018 (the "Master Terms"),

require that Exelon Generation Consolidation, LLC or its designee, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) , provide thirty (30) working days written notice to the NRC prior to the disbursement of any funds from the decommissioning trust funds to reimburse EGC for decommissioning costs . The Master Terms further provide that no disbursements from the trust funds will be made for any costs for which the NRC provides written notice of objection within the 30-working day review period. Any such notice should be directed to EGC and to The Northern Trust addressed to Stacy Ryband, Vice President, 50 South LaSalle Street, M-28, Chicago, Illinois (sr90@ntrs.com ). Northern Trust will not make any disbursement from the funds until after thirty (30) working days from the date of this written notice to the NRC.

Furthermore, Northern Trust will not make any disbursement for any decommissioning costs to which the NRC objects within the 30-working day period or prior to disbursement. Barring any objection from the NRC, EGC will request that Northern Trust make the disbursement noted below for decommissioning costs.

The disbursement from the trust funds will reimburse EGC for $4,737,574 .75 in decommissioning costs it incurred in 2018 for decommissioning planning , specifically for decommissioning cost studies. Additionally, the Dresden Unit 1 disbursement will reimburse EGC for cost it incurred for radiological decommissioning activities, including maintenance of this shutdown unit in a safe dormant status and minor demolition in 2018.
