Title	Offsite Notification Due to Cooling Tower Water Released to a Non-Permitted Outfall
Event Description	Notified the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection that Limerick Cooling Tower water was released to a non-permitted outfall through the spray pond (Ultimate Heat Sink) due to system lineups associated with emergent maintenance activities. There was no radioactive material contained within the water released. Corrective actions are being taken to prevent further release via this outfall. The NRC Resident Inspector will be notified.
