Biennial Update of the CYAPCO Quality Assurance Program for the Haddam Neck ISFSI Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71 (e)(4), 10 CFR 71. l 06, ] 0 CFR 50.4, and l O CFR TI .1, Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO) submits the biennial update to the CY APCO Quality Assurance Program (QAP) for the Haddam Neck Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). There have been no revisions to the CYAPCO QAP for the Haddam Neck ISFSJ, since Revision 14 was submitted to the NRC in the previous biennial updated on December 5, 2019. Revision 14 of the CYAPCO QAP for the Haddam Neck JSFSI remains the revision ofrecord.

There are no commitments in this Jetter.
