| Description | In accordance with the NRCs NOED process, the inspectors are opening a URI to facilitate prompt tracking, documentation, and closure of inspection, verification, and resolution activities, including enforcement action determinations, associated with the NOED. The inspectors are opening a URI to review the cause determination and determine if a performance deficiency exists.
