The letters related to alleged use of ccunterfeit substandard materials and f alsification of documents pertaining to welds at Seabrook Nuclear Station.

The staff has reviewed the information in your letters. The staff has deter-mined that the submittal contains information provided to us previously by your organization and other sources, and that it contains information that is undergoing review or has been previously reviewed. Therefore, we do not plan to undertake any new action on issues raised in your letters at this time.
