ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: This is a motion for reconsideration of Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee Entergy Nuclear Operations (Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station) and Entergy Nuclear Generation Company Entergy Nuclear Operations (Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station). The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to a Motion for Reconsideration by the Massachusetts Attorney General of CLI-07-3. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which denies the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Motion for Reconsideration. Would you please affirm your votes?
