PROCEEDINGS CHAIRMAN JACZKO: Good afternoon. We will start with two affirmation items.
MS. VIETTI-COOK: The first item is on Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station and Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to petitions for review of LBP-08-22 and LBP-08-25 by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order, which acknowledges the Commonwealth's concerns, explains how the Commission will address them, and finds the formal relief requested by the Commonwealth unnecessary. Would you please affirm your votes?

MS. VIETTI-COOK. The second item is on Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to a petition for review filed by intervenor Pilgrim Watch of several Atomic Safety and Licensing Board decisions.
The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which requests additional briefing on one issue and establishes a briefing schedule. Would you please affirm your votes?
