If TMI only, this would simplify the task, and I would expect we can get from residents/Ron Nimitz (if still on site in support)/licensee.

Otherwise, will need to regroup in the morning.Doug -can you get with Gene Dacus to clarify? Thanks.Let's touch base in the morning.Jim From: Collins, Sam Sent: Monday, November 23, 2009 5:34 PM To: Virgilio, Martin Cc: Johnson, Michael; Mallett, Bruce; Leeds, Eric; Clifford, James; White, John; Barkley, Richard; Trocine, Leigh; Barber, Scott

Due-Outs from chairman's Call to PA Gov on TMI Event.Phone call went well. We have four due-outs: 1. What standard did Exelon use to determine that they did not have to notify the NRC?2. The number of such contaminations events on average per year?3. The number of workers exposed in each event and the total numbers for the year 08?4. The number of workers who reached the 2000 mrems/yr (08)?Contact Amy Powell or Jenny Weil for more info.26ý1ý-3 Gene Eugene Dacus Sr: Congressional Affairs Officer U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Office: 301-415-1697 Fax: 301-415-8571 E-mail: eugene.dacus@nrc.gov 27
