Helen: This is to inform you that the NRC staff had found Relief Request ISIR-04-01, regarding risk-Informed selection criteria for Class 1 and Class 2 piping weld examinations, and submitted by I&M's letter of 3/12/10, acceptable for review per NRR Office Instruction LIC-109, "Acceptance Review Procedures." Procedures."
I apologize that the 3/12/10 submittal has somehow escaped any NRC action in the past months. You and I have already discussed by phone measures we all can put in place to greatly reduce such from occurring again in the future.
