This is to inform you that the NRC staff has found Relief Requests ISIR-04-02, ISIR-04-03, and ISIR-04-04, submitted by I&Ms letter of 3/12/10 (ADAMS Accession No. ML100750680) acceptable for review per NRR Office Instruction LIC-109, Acceptance Review. Procedures.
I apologize that the 3/12/10 submittal has somehow escaped any NRC action in the past months. You and I have already discussed by phone measures we all can put in place to greatly reduce such from occurring again in the future.
