In accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, Paragraph IWA-1400(c), Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M) is enclosing an approved copy of the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP) Units 1 and 2 Inservice Inspection (ISI)

Program Plan for the Fourth Ten-Year Interval. The fourth ten-year interval commences on March 1, 2010, and concludes on February 29, 2020. A description of the program is included in the enclosure.

References 1, 2, and 3 approved relief requests for the CNP third ten-year ISI interval. I&M is requesting NRC review and approval of this same set of relief requests for the fourth ten-year interval. Section 5.0, Relief Requests, of the enclosure, ISI Program Plan Fourth Ten-Year Inspection Interval, provides a detailed description of the relief requests. I&M is providing the ISI Program Plan Fourth Ten-Year Interval for information only. I&M is not requesting NRC approval of the program plan.

U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission AEP-NRC-2010-21 Page 2 NRC review and approval of the relief requests in Section 5.0 of the ISI Program Plan Fourth Ten-Year Interval is requested by September 1, 2010, for application during the CNP Unit 2 Cycle 19 refueling outage.
