NRC STAFF'S MOTION TO STRIKE AND REPLACE EXHIBITS Pursuant to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's ("Board's") instructions provided on the record on October 16, 2012, during the Indian Point License Renewal evidentiary hearing, the Staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("Staff") hereby moves to strike and replace three exhibits: 1) Exhibit NRC000121 "NRC Staff's Testimony of Matthew Yoder and Allen Hiser Regarding RK-TC2" should be replaced with exhibit NRCR00121 to correct certain citations to NRC Exhibits (e.g. NRC000127 was in correctly listed as NRC000105); 2) Exhibit NRC000120 "NRC Staff's Statement Of Position Regarding RK-TC2" should be replaced with exhibit NRCR00120; 3) The NRC Staff Exhibit Li st is also updated and is submitted as NRCR50001.
