The State of New York respectfully submits the State of New Yorks Motion for Leave to File Additional Exhibits. The six proposed exhibits are NYS000583 through NYS000588. The State has marked exhibits NYS000583 to NYS000586 as containing Westinghouse-designated proprietary information, and they will be uploaded and served via the NRCs Electronic Information Exchanges non-public filing portal along with a non-redacted and non-public version of the States motion.
