Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion Energy Virginia) submitted a request to revise the Surry Units 1 and 2 pressurizer surge line weld inspection frequency license renewa:I commitment from once every 40 months to once every 10 years for the fifth and s.ixth inservice inspection (ISi) intervals.

Attachments 1 and 2 of the subject letter includ!3d proprietary and redacted

versions, respectively, of the supporting technical report prepared by Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) for the proposed inspection frequency change. Subsequent to the submittal of the letter, SIA identified a reference incluqed in Section 8.0, References, of the report that contained an incorrect report number. Specifically, the report number provided for Reference 23 was "SI V&V Report No.1600402.301,"

but should have been "SI V&V Report No.1601007.301."

Please note this correction during your review of Dominion Energy Virginia's commitment change request.
