This refers to the meeting conducted on April 14, 2010, in Waynesboro, GA. The purpose of the meeting/open house session was to provide opportunities to discuss the annual assessment of Vogtle Electric Generating Plant with the public for the period of January 1, 2009 - December 31, 2009.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
