In addition, Attachment 2 contains a clarification to the Unit Shutdown summarj provided in the report for December 1991.
This r.ttachment is being provided to clarify that the failed components were sensors, rather than logic components. Additional informati'on regarding this plant shutdown has been provided in Clinton Power Station Licensee Event Report (LER) 9c008.
