The enclosed licensee event reportsprovide details concerning inoperable Unit1 and Unit2 ice bedsdue to exceeding the Frequencyspecified by Surveillance Requirement3.6.12.1.

Theseeventsarebeing reported, in accordance with 10CFR50.73(a)(2)(v), as eventsor conditionsthat could have prevented the fulfillment of a safety function of structures or systems that are needed to: (C)control the release of radioactive material and (D) mitigate the consequences of an accident.
