[External_Sender] Re: Proprietary Markings on ARRR Drawings Submitted dated March 26, and June 8, 2020 Date: Tuesday, June 23, 2020 10:57:53 AM Hi Geoffrey, You are correct. I checked my notes of that conversation. Based on promised action, I should have sent a qualifying statement.

None of the drawings contained in my response to NRC RAIs present proprietary information (which include AO letters dated March 26 and June 8) ,

I declare under penalty of perjury that the statements above are correct and truthful.

Thank you.

Hi Mike, we just received your letter dated June 8, 2020. Similar to your letter dated March 26, 2020, there are drawings (in both letters) that contain the words Proprietary Information. As discussed by telephone discussion several weeks ago, you indicated that the drawings in the March 26 letter were not proprietary and that you would send us an email to confirm, which we never received.

Given that we have two submittals now with Proprietary Information stated in drawings, we request that you respond to this email acknowledging that either the drawings in the March 26 and June 8 letters do not contain proprietary information, or provide an affidavit requesting that the NRC withhold the information in accordance with the regulations in 10 CFR 2.390.

Note that neither document will be made public in its current form since they also contain SUNSI. The NRC staff will provide a redacted version for public availability.

Contact me if you have any questions.

Thanks Geoffrey Wertz, P.E.
