RULEMAKING PLAN: USEC PRIVATIZATION ACT (PUBLIC LAW 104134)
As requested in David Morrison's August 16,1996 memo, OC has reviewed the subject rulemaking plan describing NRC's proposed plan to modify 10 CFR Parts 40,70 and 76 to bring these regulations into conformance with the new statutory requirements of the 'USEC Privatization net', OC has checked with the four NRC offices involved in this effort (RES, NMSS, OE and OGC) and determined that the proposed FY 19971998 budget as described in,
' Budget d* stim.ates for Fiscal Year 1998", includes resources to complete the rulemaking and implement the rt's. As Viere are no outstanding resource issues, OC concurs in the rulemaking package and recoinmends that the ' Resources Required
