Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54{q)(5), Attachment 1 of this letter provides a copy of the following revised Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure:
Procedure Rev. Effective Date EPP-1, Emergency Response 1 December 7, 2020 As specified in 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5), Attachment 2 provides a report and analysis summary for the EPIP changes. These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan or the EPIPs.
