OMB PACKAGE FOR 10 CFR PART 34, " LICENSES FOR RADIOGRAPHY AND RADIATION SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR l
RADIOGRAPHIC OPERATIONS" 'AND NRC FORM 313, APPLICATION FOR MATERIAL LICENSE After a meticulous review and comparison of the proposed rule and its OMB Clearance package to the final ru'a and '.ts OMB Clearance package we believe that an OMB Clearance package need not be submitted to OMB for the final rule since there were no changes in recordkeeping and reporting requirements from the proposed to final rule that impact the burden. The only changes in burden that occurred from the time the proposed rule was published in 1994 to now involve a decrease in the number of licensees affected by the rule from 700 the proposed rule to 500 in the final rule and a decrease in the cost per hour from
$132 per hour in the proposed rule to $120 per hour in the final rule.
