REVISION TO PART 34, LICENSES FOR RADIOGRAPHY AND RADIATION SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR RADIOGRAPHIC OPERATIONS, FINAL RULE We have reviewed the subject final rule and concur in it. However, to ensure compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, please revise the Paperwork Reduction Act Statement to incorporate the changes made to paragra)h l two and the addition of paragraph 3 as reflected in Attachment 1. Federal Reaister, we have placed publication of the rule on 1old with the !
Office of Administration until OMB approval is obtained. An OMB clearance package was prepared for the final rule in March 1995. However, the rule has since been modified. Therefore, the >ackage must be updated for submittal +a 1 l OMB. IRM will work with the responsi)le RES staff to finalize the Abmittal !
l and to ensure that the final version of the rule is included in the clearance l package submittal to OMB.
