10 CFR 34 LICENSES FOR RADIOGRAPHY AND RADIATIC1 SAFETY _
REQUIREMENTS FOR RADIOGRAPHIC OPERATIONS, FINAL RULE We have reviewed the subject final rule and.0MB clearance package for compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.-)
and request that the following changes be made in ~ addition to those annotated on the attached copy of the supporting statement and Federal Register Notice:
Replace the Paperwork Reduction Act Statement in the rule with Enclosure 1.
Revise the rule language in section 150.20(b) to conform to the changes contained in the final rule,10 CFR 150 and'170,
" Recognition of Agreement State Licenses" (Contact: Mark Haisfield, RES).
Publication of the rule remains on hold with the Office of Administration
.pending OMB approval of the clearance package.
