- 1. The plant is at zero power, normal operating pressure and no-load temperature.
IV. DATA COLLECTION
- 1. See test instructions, step 5.
V. TEST INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Initialize at a zero power, normal operating pressure, no-load temperature condition (IC-7).
- 2. Verify / withdraw the shutdown banks.
- 3. Verify / place rod control in manual.
4 Using a stopwatch, time the interval between Control Bank A at 0 steps until Control Bank A reaches 228 steps.

VI. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
- 1. The simulator shall take 285 seconds i 1 second to move Control Bank A from 0 steps to 228 steps.
