10 CFR 50.54(p) Submittal - Breazeale Reactor, Pennsylvania State University This is in response to your letters of May 17, 1988 and April 10, 1989, regarding changes to the Pennsylvania State University Breazeale Reactor Physical Security Plan, identified as Revision 3.
We have reviewed the information contained in this plan revision and have determined that the change is consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and is considered acceptable.
The attachments to the above referenced letters contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Such information is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.19; therefore, the attachments to the letters will be withheld from public disclosure.
