QUARTERLY UPDATE OF THE REGULATORY AGENDA FOR PART 110 AMENDMENTS In accordance with ED0's June 12, 1985 memorandum regarding rulemaking and its L timeliness, the quarterly regulatory agenda covering the rule for minor amendments to Part 110 " Export and Import of Nuclear Equipment and Material" should be updated to indicate that the final rule package was forwarded to EDO on March 26, 1986 and that the final action on the rule is anticipated by mid April.

We have revised the enclosed regulatory agenda to indicate these updates and also to correct the agency contact's telenhone number.
