.L Cn April 1 the Executive Director for Operations aoproved a Federal Register flotice oublishing a final rule for minor amendments to Part 110 " Export and Imoort of Nuclear Equionent and 'laterial". Please inclenent the FDTs action by arranging for publication of the enclosed final rule in the Federal Register.
The final rule is effective uoan oublication. In addition, enclosed is a copv of the regulatory analysis for transnittal to the PP. ,
In an April 2, 1986 nenorandum to the Connissioners, the EDO informed the Comission, in the Daily Staff "otes for Aoril 1,1996, that it had anoroved the final rule.
Also enclosed are the letters to the aporcoriate Congressional co mittees informing them of them of the amndnents.
