J By application dated January 31, 1986, Babcock A Wilcox Company's Lynchburg, VA facility requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 5908.

The previous certificate holder, Babcock & Wilcox Company's Apoll , PA facility, elected not to renew the certificate. No changes have been requested or made to the package since approval of the latest supplement dated July 19, 1982. -

The applicant and users of this package should note the limitations on the fabrication of additional packagings and use of existing packaginqs as stated in 10 CFR $71.13.

The staff concludes that the statenents of the original application, as supplemented, satisfy the requirement for renewal of the certificate of compliance.
