By application dated January 31, 1986, Babcock A Wilcox Company's Lynchburg, VA facility requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 5908.
The previous certificate holder, Babcock & Wilcox Company's Apoll, PA facility, elected not to renew the certificate. No changes have been requested or made to the package since approval of the latest supplement dated July 19, 1982.
The applicant and users of this package should note the limitations on the fabrication of additional packagings and use of existing packaginqs as stated in 10 CFR $71.13.
The staff concludes that the statenents of the original application, as supplemented, satisfy the requirement for renewal of the certificate of compliance.
