Reassignment of office space at the Penn State Breazeale Reactor (PSBR) necessitates changes to the PSBR Physical Security Plan. Since these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan, they are being made without prior NRC approval pursuant to paragraph '
50.54(P)(2) of CFR Title 10.
A description of the space reassignment and the plan changes necessitated by that reassignments are attached.
