. WITH JOHN J. HAHN The HAHN was interviewed by the reporting investigator.

On April 14 1995, interview was conducted under oath in HAHN's office at the New York PowerHA Authority (NYPA),123 Main Street, White Plains, New York.

. i TARPINIAN and BARTLIK; 3) WILKIE probably supported VEHSTEDT's position on the FP issues; and 4) the letter that WILKIE mentioned to TARPINIAN discussed harassment of FP workers, and WILKIE was well aware that TARPINIAN was involved in that. HAHN added that he found no evidence that WILKIE was i directed by VEHSTEDT to ask TARPINIAN about the letter, but WILKIE was "part of the VEHSTEDT team."

INVESTIGATOR'S NOTE: During an interview with the reporting investigator, WILKIE stated that he has never had any heated arguments with TARPINIAN over FP issues and could not recall any significant ~

When he and TARPINIAN had a disagreement, they disagreements with him. WILKIE was informed that NYPA Security Manager John would resolve it.

HAHN found, during the course of his investigation, that he (WILKIE) and TARPINIAN had heated arguments over FP issues. WILKIE said that he and TARPINIAN had disagreements, but could not recall any that rose to arguments or heated exchanges. WILKIE said that he and TARPINIAN "never got in each other's faces." He added that the disagreements were professional in nature.

HAHN interviewed Ebasco employee Walter WITTICH, in an attempt to learn the identity of the NYPA employee who had complained to WITTICH about TARPINIAN.

HAHN said that WITTICH initially refused to provide him with the name HAHN and said talked around not wanting to lose his company's contract with NYPA.

that he found no evidence, and heard no testimony during his investigation, that VEHSTEDT and/or others tried to fire TARPINIAN or have him removed from work on FP.
