1-95-019, conversation with Doreen BROWNE Ca May 18, 1995, I reviewed BARTLIK's and WITTE's NYPA perfomance files.
BROWNE maintains the files for the nuclear department employees, and is l
l William CAHILL's administrative assistant. CAHILL is the NYPA Chief Nuclear Officer.
After reviewing the files, I spoke to BROWNE about a mid cycle performance review that BARTLIK received. BROWNE believed that the original of that document no longer existed, or that it had been given to BARTLIK. BROWNE said l l
that the document never got to her, and that she had not seen it before.
BROWNE said that it was never a formal document, or made part of BARTLIK's performance file. BROWNE recalls a concern came up " months ago" about it, and that BARTLIK spoke to CAHILL about the review. CAHILL then " squashed" the mid cyclo review. BROWN has had no specific conversation with CAHILL about the !
