Ft. St. Vrain 3-Week Meeting 01 4-95-015 Forwarded mail received from: WBJ l Nader, I would propose not having the meeting at all. This issue is related to our current enforcement case involving Public Service Co. of Colorado and SEG. We just had a conference with both organizations (Rosano attended) and we discussed this case because it appeared to be another example of SEG employees falsifying records at FSV. I believe we can close it out in concert with EAs95-110 and 95-164. It won't affect the action we take against the companies, 4
and, with respect to the individual,. we would probably send him a letter since that is what we are doing with other SEG employees at the technician level who
- screwed up.
If we must have a meeting, then I recommend that we do it in accordance with our plan to conduct such meetings during the region's regularly scheduled conference call with OE,1:30 ET on Thursdays.
