This is in response to your letter to the Department of State (DOS) dated July 5, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of four categories of specified documents regarding the Philippine Nuclear Power Plant Unit No. 1.
The DOS has referred three documents to NRC for review and direct response to you.
The enclosed Appendix A identifies two documents which are being made available for your inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555. The documents will be filed in PDR folder F01A-85-475 under.your name. Appendix B identifies a document which the NRC has already made publicly available at the PDR.
