Dear Hr. Keppler:
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with notification of an Abnormal Occurrence as required by Technical Specification 6.6.B.I.a. within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> of the occurrence.
On October 16, 1975, during an inspection of hydraulic' snubbers, being con-ducted in accordance with Technical Speci fication 4.6.1.3. , two Grinnell sn'ubbers, one on the reactor clean-up system and one on a main steam drain line and one Bergen-Patterson snubber on recirculation system were found de fec t ive . A work request was issued for their r.epair.
This occurrence was discussed by telephone with Mr. Knop of your office on October 16, 1975 Further information will be provided by Abnormal Occurrence
