Technical Specification 6.6.2. b. (1) of the Penn State Breazeale Reactor license referenced above requires a repon of permanent ct'anges in Level 1 at#d 2 management personnel. Level 1 is defined as the Senior Vice President for Research and Dean of the Graduate School. Effective March 1,1992, I have been appointed to that position, rep! acing Dr. Charles L. Hosler upon his retirement. I look forward to serving in this new capacity.
