j Description of Occurrence:
During a routine instrument surveillance test the setpoint of dPIS-2-14-438 was found to have drifted outside the Technical Specification limits of 5 + 1 5 psid. The switch was found to trip at 6.7 psid.
Designation of Apparent Cause of Occurrence:
The cause of this setpoint failure is attributed to slight setpoint drift.
Analysis of Occurrence:
Due to the slight magnitude of the setpoint deviation, this occurrence has minimal safety implications.
Corrective Action:
The switch was immediately recalibrated and returned to service.
Very truly yours, 3
