1. Stack monitoring is no longer required.
2. There were no releases to the sanitary sewer during this period.

C. Environmental Surveys Outside the Facility Survey meter surveys of retention tank area gave background readings.

D. Significant Exposures (over 100mrem for year)

During the period April 2001 through May 2002 there were no significant exposures, i.e., over 100 mrem.
