Dear Dr. Bernard:

I made arrangements with Thomas Newton, for the administration of an operator licensing retake examination at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology reactor. The operating test is scheduled for January 28, 2002. I will use the facility material you provided for the last examination to prepare the retake examination. If you have any changes in the material, please furnish it as soon as possible to the following address:

Therefore, it is recommended that license applications be provided as soon as possible to ensure an appropriate level of review.

This request is covered by Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Clearance Number 3150-0018 which expires April 30, 2003.
