OCRE'S SIXTH DISCOVERY PROGRESS REPORT Pursuant to the Licensing Board's September 9, 1981 Memorandum ma d Order, LBP-81-35, 14 NRC 682, 689 (1981),

Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy ("0CRE") hereby files .

its sixth progress report on discovery activities.

In the past two months, OCRE has received:

2. Applicants' Answer to Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy Second Set of Interrogatories to Applicants, concerning Issue #5, dated June 25, 1982.
3. An update to Applicants' response to OCRE interrogatory 1-3, concerning Issue #7, dated July 23, 1982.

On July 19, 1982 OCRE filed a Request for Discovery Concerning Issue #5, requesting permission to inspect the SDV/SDIV, ECCS equipment, and CRD equipment. Because the proposed date for the inspection was inconvenient to Applicants, OCRE has agreed to defer the inspection until such time that all, parties are in the area of Perry.
