FIFTH DISCOVERY PROGRESS REPORT OF SUNFLOWER ALLIANCE, INC.
Sunflower Alliance, since its last progress report, has filed additional Interrogatories to Applicant and has filed additional Request for Production of Documents directed to the NRC staff.
In addition, Sunflower Alliance has filed a Motion to Compel Discovery directed to Applicant.
Further, a new contention has been admitted by this Licensing Board upon which Sunflower will be filing additional Interrogatories.
Additional motions for leave to file for additional contentions have been filed both by Sunflower and l
other intervenors.
In the event these Motions are granted, Sunflower reserves the right to request discovery on the newly i
admitted contentions.
