OCRE'S SEVENTH DISCOVERY PROGHESS REPORT Pursuant to the Licensing Board's September 9, 1981 Memorandum and Order, LBP-81-35, 14 NRC 682, 689 (1981)','-
Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy ("0CRE") hereby files its seventh progress report on discovery activities.
In the past two months, OCHE has submitted:
1.
A third set of interrogatories to' Applicants and fourth set to Staff, concerning Issues 5 and 9, both dated August 30.
2.
A fourth set to Applicants and fif th set to Staff, concerning Issue 7, dated September 7.
3.
A fifth set to Applicants and sixth set to Staff, concerning Issue 8, dated September 13.
4.
A sixth set to Applicants and seventh set to Staff, concerning Issues 4 and 6, dated September 27.
5.
A seventh set to Applicants and eighth set to Staff, concerning Issue 7 do M-Mb 30-y In the past two months, OCHE nas received:
1.-
Applicants' Interrogatories and hequest for Production of Documents to OCHE (Second Set), dated September 22, con-cerning Issues 8 and 9.

Supplemental answers from the NRC Staff, dated September 1, completing their response to OCRE's Third Set of Interrogatorieg to Staff, dated April 29, 1982, concerning Issue 5.

Applicants' Supplemental Answer to OCHE's Second set of Interrogatories to Applicants, concerning Issue 5, dated August 26, 1982.
4.
Applicants' answer, dated September 14, 1982, to OCRE's

Third Set of Interrogatories to Applicants, on ssues 5 and 9.

Applicants' Answer, dated September 28, to OCRE's Fourth Set of Interrogat6 ries to Applicants., on Issue 7.
In addition, OCRE has filed a Motion to Compel Discovery, dated September 20, on interrogatories filed by Sunflower Alliance et al.,
concerning Issue 6.
(OCRE is now lead intervenor on Issue 6.)
OCHE intends to file some follow-up discovery on Issue 9, as discussed in the attached motion, and will also pursue dis-covery on any new contentions that might be admitted.
