B. Radioactive Releases to the Environs

1. - Sta-Zk monit f-ii gis-no 1onger -re-quired.-
2. There were no releases to the sanitary sewer during this period.

C. Environmental Surveys Outside the Facility Survey meter surveys of retention tank area gave background readings.

D. Significant Exposures (over 100 mrem for year)

During the period April 2004 to May 2005 there were no significant exposures, i.e., over 100 mrem.
