Pursuant to 10 CFR 52.99(a) and in accordance with License Conditions 2.D.(11) and 2.D.(12)(e) of Combined Licenses (COLs) NPF-93 and NPF-94, South Carolina Electric
& Gas (SCE&G) is submitting this letter to update the ITAAC Completion and Operational Program Implementation Schedules for Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station (VCSNS), Units 2 and 3.
10 CFR 52.99(a), Licensee schedule for completing inspections, tests, or analyses, requires that SCE&G as a COL holder under 10 CFR Part 52, submit to the NRC updates to its ITAAC schedules per its prescribed frequencies.
License Conditions 2.D.(11) and 2.D.(12)(e) require that the Operational Program Implementation Schedule be updated every 6 months until 12 months before scheduled fuel loading, and every month thereafter until each license condition has been fully implemented.

Document Control Desk NND-18-0004 Page 2of2 In accordance with the cited requirements, this letter is being submitted for the reporting period ending March 30, 2018. All previously uncompleted ITAAC and Operational Program Implementation activities remain in a To Be Determined (TBD) state, as previously described in Reference 1, pending final disposition of the VCSNS Units 2 and 3 COLs.
