2. Determine the cause of the overpressure condition.

Ifthe Low Temperature Overpressure Relief Valves are in service, correct the causes of the pressure transient.

2. Warn personnel in Containment of the possible radiological hazard.

3. Ifthe LTOP Relief Valves were originally isolated, close/check closed the following valves on Panel B02:

~ RC LOOP 1 S/D CLG-LPSI PUMP A SUCT VLV, SIA-UV-651

~ RC LOOP 1 S/D CLG-LPSI PUMP A SUCT VLV, SIC-UV-653 RC LOOP 2 S/D CLG-LPSI PUMP B SUCT VLV, SIB-UV-652

~ RC LOOP 2 S/D CLG-LPSI PUMP B SUCT VLV, SID-UV-654

4. Perform independent verification on all applicable valves, breakers and components that were operated by this alarm response per 02AC-OZZ01, Independent Verification of Valves, Breakers and Components.
