The position indicator and lights are located on Panel B02 above the control switches for the followingvalves:

Response
to this condition may affect Technical Specification 3.7.11, in Modes 3.-3, 3.4.1.3 in Mode 4 and 3.4.1.4.1 and 2 in Mode 5.
Direct a Nuclear Operator to check the cause ofinverter trouble by checking the inverter for local alarms. Correct the problem ifpossible.
Ifnecessary, direct a Nuclear Operator to manually position the applicable valve, if travel was not complete.
Perform independent verification on all applicable valves, breakers and components that were operated by this alarm response per 02AC-OZZOl, Independent Verification of Valves, Breakers and Components.
